CANCELLATION POLICY

At Lavar Head Spa, it is our mission to provide each and every guest with an extraordinary Spa experience with the highest level of quality customer service. In order to maintain this service and for the protection of our guests, stylist ,and therapist, we adhere to the following policies: Reservations and Cancellations Lavar Head Spa encourages guests to schedule their appointment online for service in our Spa. All of our reservations are to be made online . Guest with a scheduled reservation is NOT allowed to be accompanied by another person. Again, reservation is for one guest.We do not accept walk-ins. Please note, a credit card is required to complete the reservation. A 30% deposit will be required for all Spa services . A 48 hour cancellation notice is required to NOT lose your deposit. If your cancellation is not made with-in the 48hrs requested , Guest will NOT be refunded their deposit. A confirmation message will be sent out by our automated system once your reservation is successfully booked. Lavar Head Spa accepts Cash, most major Credit cards, Venmo and Zelle. Tardiness It is recommended that all guests arrive at their scheduled reservation time. If you are expecting to be late for any reason, please call the Spa as soon as possible. If a guest is late , Lavar Head Spa, cannot guarantee a full service and may have to reschedule the appointment for another day. Lavar Head Spa, may be able to accommodate a shorter version of the service for a late customer, however,the full price of the scheduled service will still be charged. Therefore, late arrivals will only be honored at the Spas discretion and maybe subject to a possible fee. No Shows Lavar Head Spa reserves the right to charge 100% of the intended service, as a ,"No Show" fee, for any guest who fails to arrive for a scheduled reservation without prior notice or cancellation/reschedule of an appointment within 15 mins of the scheduled time. If upon arrival the guest chooses to change their service to one of a less time, this is considered a , "No Show" and will have a penalty for the full price of the original service reserved. Gift cards All gift cards have a one year expiration date. Expiration dates will not be extended . Gift card may be used for Lavar Head Spa services only. Gift card holder must bring in original card/ E-card to redeem the value. Lavar Head Spa , is not responsible for any lost or stolen cards. Please advise the front desk if you have a gift card that you would like to redeem for your spa service(s). Product Refunds All product are final sales.Products cannot be returned for exchange,credit, or refund. Lavar head spa believes that every client has a right to confidentiality and privacy. Any discussions between the client and our stylist will remain confidential. In addition, any personal information shared with us will not be released to any third parties. In order to best accommodate our guest, Lavar head spa does collect and use certain personal information. This may include the client's name, address, email, phone number, and credit card details. We use this information to process reservations, complete transactions, improve our services, and send promotional materials. Credit card details are collected as a safety procedure for any failure to comply to our salons policy. Changes will only be made in the case of cancellations, tardiness, and no shows. Clients are expected to pay in person at the time of their provided service. Lavar head spa values are guests confidentiality and privacy. Our guests non-public information will always remain highly secured with access only available to management.
